"We have been insurance by Brian Thompson State Farm Insurance Agency for over 10 years and have been more than pleased with the impeccable service that has been provided through this period of time. Kelly Lamartiniere has been sensational and is so organized and knowledgable that I do not have to worry about a thing, for the exception of paying premiums! Kelly takes the time to explain current rates of Homes and Vehicles and in no time she can compare and contrast different prices for a variety of properties and makes maintaining our insurance so much easier. "Received effective assistance from Shelly to obtain multi car discount and other options to counter an increase in premium. This increased over $100 a month resulting from "Drive Safe and Save" action. We could not determine what caused this."

"I typically work with Joe (who is absolutely knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance and a true professional), but today I worked with Jennifer as Joe was out of the office this afternoon. Jennifer was so wonderful! She took the time to help me with a complicated issue, understand it completely, and was totally unfazed and had an abundance of patience when I needed clarity and asked dozens of questions. She even offered extra tips and expertise that really helped my situation. In my last 4+ years with this office (and 20+ years with State Farm), this is the norm in my experience with every member of Brian’s Team, and also my experiences directly working with and interacting with Brian.
